Miko, My AI Assistant

Miko is a personal AI assistant that helps handle calls and messages routed through this site. Every place Miko can answer carries a visible disclosure before you engage.

• Miko is not a human and will say so if you ask.
• Miko can take a message, answer common questions, and route you to the right place.
• Miko cannot agree to terms, quote binding prices, or make commitments on my behalf.
• Miko can misunderstand you. Anything that matters gets a human reply from me.
• What you say to Miko may be processed by third-party AI services and stored so I can follow up.

Review Transcription

When you record a voice or video review, the file is uploaded to my storage and sent to an AI transcription service to produce text. The recording and the transcript are kept while the review is published, and both are deleted in full on a verified deletion request. The vendors involved are named on the subprocessor page.

Training and Your Submissions

I do not sell your submissions and I do not hand them to anyone to train a general purpose model. AI vendors receive them only to perform the task in front of them, such as producing a transcript, under terms that prohibit using business data for model training. Anything I publish becomes public text, so assume search engines and language models will read it.

What Not to Send

Do not share sensitive personal, financial, health, or confidential business information with an AI feature on this site. If it would hurt to have it stored or processed by a vendor, put it in a direct email instead, or say it on a call once I am on the line.
